MyT Payment

Use below QR code to perform your payment by MyT money if you have choosen MyT Money as payment method. When done, Send us an email on sales@tendancesonline.com with your order ID and MyT payment confirmation.

MCB Juice Payment

Our MCB Bank account number is: 000030110645. When doing the payment, add the order ID in the comment section on Juice mobile app.

Delivery Process

Delivery will be done within 1 to 4 business days from the date of purchase.

In case a first delivery attempt is unsuccessful for the following reason:

  • Not present at delivery address
  • Phone number off or unavailable

Our team will contact you for pick-up of items in our stores. If the client requests for a second delivery, the fees will be of Rs 175.

Exchange policy

A one-time return concerning items purchased on www.tendancesonline.com is allowed for size exchange within 3 days of purchase. It is allowed only for new and unused items from Tendances shop.

The following exchanges will not be entertained by the management of www.tendancesonline.com

  • Different Model/design
  • Sizes not available online at the time of exchange
Process for exchange

Clients are requested to fill the exchange form. The process may take up to 3 days. For all exchange of items, a shipping cost will be charged to the clients.

  1. Client needs to verify if the size of item is available for a return. In case the size of item is not available on our online store, we will not be able to entertain the request.
  2. Fill in the return item online form.
  3. Pack item in the original delivery package.
  4. Our team will contact you by email for exchange of product within 3 business days as from reception of return item online form. Please note that exchange will be done in person at Tendances, La City Trianon
How many days is exchange of item available?

We offer a one-time return for size exchange within 3 days of the delivery. Client should fill in and send the return item online form within 3 days as from delivery.

Can I send an email to request an exchange of item?

You are kindly requested to follow the exchange process by filling the return item online form. Our team will contact you within 3 business days of reception of the return item online form.

Refund policy

No refund will be entertained after purchasing. Only exchange if it fits the conditions set forth.
